The Macon-Bibb County Economic Opportunity Council, Inc. will accept proposals from Certified Public Accountant Firms to AUDIT its financial statements for the fiscal year beginning September 30, 2023.
- Proposals may be collected from Macon-Bibb County Economic Opportunity Council, Inc. at 501 Walnut Street, 2nd Floor Macon, Georgia or contact Kay Clark at (kclark@maconbibbeoc.com) for a copy of the proposal.
- These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Completed Proposals may be mailed, dropped off at 501 Walnut Street, 2nd Floor, Macon, GA 31201 or emailed to Kay Clark, kclark@maconbibbeoc.com for consideration until March 17th, 2023, at 3:00PM eastern standard time.
- Interested firms shall examine all of the proposal documents carefully in order to prepare a complete response to this request.

Questions in regard to the proposal will be taken until March 10th. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after time has been called on date of opening of the Proposals.
